Return & Exchange Policy

At Beauty Land your satisfaction is our priority. For health and safety reasons, our return and exchange policy for products is as follows:

•products other than skin care , makeup and cosmetics products can only be returned if they are:

•Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

•Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

•Returns must be requested within 1 days of delivery.

•Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

We gladly exchange products if:

•You received the wrong product.

•The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

•Requests for exchanges must be made within 1 days of delivery, with photos provided as proof.

•Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

•Please ensure products are securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
